Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Colt Solutions website or services. By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
Colt Solutions is an automation agency operating under Hometown Haul LLC, located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. We provide automated business systems for small businesses including missed call text-back, instant lead response, booking and reminder automation, and review request automation.
Colt Solutions provides done-for-you automation services including:
Service delivery timelines, scope, and pricing are outlined prior to engagement.
There is no setup fee. We set up your whole system before any payment is due: your account, your automations, and your website (a new one we build, or your current site connected). Your first monthly billing period begins on the day we walk you through the completed system. A monthly service fee of $500 is then billed on a recurring, month-to-month basis. Clients may instead prepay three months of service for $1,250 (a $250 saving against the monthly rate). The optional client-acquisition plan add-on is billed at $250 per month; the optional phone-answering add-on at $200 per month after a free first 30 days; the optional social-content add-on at $750 per month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Refund Policy: There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. If you don't think it's worth it in the first 30 days after it's live, you get your money back. Just tell us within those 30 days. Subsequent monthly fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered for that billing period.

When you give us your phone number through our contact form or the chat on our site and check the box agreeing to texts, you agree to get texts from Colt Solutions about your request: replies to your questions and help scheduling your call. If you become a client, we'll also text you about your service. We don't send marketing texts unless you've separately checked a box saying yes to them. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties.
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and automation workflows built by Colt Solutions remain the intellectual property of Colt Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Custom automations built for clients are licensed for their use during the active service period.
Colt Solutions provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the most recent billing period.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination all access to client systems will be transferred back to the client within 7 business days.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Walworth County, Wisconsin.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
