Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Colt Solutions website or services. By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ABOUT US

Colt Solutions is an AI automation agency operating under Hometown Haul LLC, located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. We provide automated business systems for small businesses including lead follow-up, missed call text-back, appointment reminders, and review request automations.

2. SERVICES

Colt Solutions provides done-for-you automation services including but not limited to:

- Missed call text-back systems

- Lead follow-up automation

- Appointment reminder sequences

- Review request automation

- Website builds

- Google Business Profile optimization

Service delivery timelines, scope, and pricing are outlined in individual client agreements or proposals provided prior to engagement.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

A one-time setup fee is required prior to the start of any project. Monthly retainer fees are billed on a recurring basis beginning in the second month of service. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy: If you do not recover at least 3 jobs within your first 30 days of service we will refund your setup fee in full. No questions asked. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered for that billing period.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By engaging our services you agree to:

- Provide accurate business information required for setup

- Grant necessary access to platforms required to deliver your automation system

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding customer communications in your jurisdiction

- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

5. TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

By submitting your phone number through our website or any Colt Solutions form you consent to receive text messages from Colt Solutions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and automation workflows built by Colt Solutions remain the intellectual property of Colt Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Custom automations built for clients are licensed for their use during the active service period.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Colt Solutions provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the most recent billing period.

We are not responsible for:

- Third party platform outages or changes

- Carrier filtering of text messages

- Results dependent on factors outside our control

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination all access to client systems will be transferred back to the client within 7 business days.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Walworth County, Wisconsin.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
